Death of a Battery

When my PowerBook arrived, about two years ago, it would occasionally run for four hours on batteries. It would almost always manage two hours. Now it's down to 30 minutes or so and I don't get any warning. XBattery shows the painful truth:

PMU reset doesn't help, so it looks like I need to buy a new one (around $99 from Apple). Any sign of those fuel cell things yet?
