Tux at Tesco

At the weekend I was wandering round the local Tesco buying the bits of stuff that we “need” to survive when, whilst perusing apples, I noticed that the lady stood next to me had a tattoo of tux in the small of her back. Now, I have no tattoos myself, though I notice that they are becoming much more common amongst people of all ages around here.

As further confirmation that I’m completely out of touch (ask my seventeen year old daughter for details), the surprising part of this was that the lady in question was in her thirties and had what I presumed to be her two young sons with her. I didn’t figure that this was an obvious source of Linux advocacy. There’s probably deep lesson lurking here, but it’s not obvious to me yet…
